If you request a refund before October 30th a $20 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund. If you request a refund on or after October 30th but before November 19th a $25 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.

No refunds after November 19th, unless you’ve tested positive for COVID.

If you’ve tested positive for COVID, you can either get a refund or defer your pass until next year.
